SHIPPING

UNITED STATES:

We offer Complimentary Ground Shipping on all orders of $150 or more anywhere in the United States. NEEV will ship all in-stock merchandise within 1-2 business days pending credit card verification.  All shipments ship from our California center. All back ordered items will ship by the shipping date shown during purchase.

Currently we offer the following shipping options:

We ship Ground, 2nd Day, and Next Day Air. We cannot guarantee overnight shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and other U.S. territories. All orders with 2nd Day and Next Day Air shipping must be placed by 1 PM PST for same-day shipping. Orders with 2nd Day and Next Day Air shipping placed after 1 PM PST will be shipped the following business day. Shipping is not available to post office or APO/FPO boxes.

Ground: $8; FREE with minimum order of $150. Use code FREESHIP at checkout.

2nd Day Air: $18 flat rate.

Next Day Air: $35 flat rate.

Shipping does not reflect holiday delivery schedule. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Second-day and next-day shipping not available for Saturday deliveries.

For international orders, please email info@neev.life to inquire. We ship to certain countries and work with customers on a one-to-one basis.
 

RETURN POLICY

At NEEV, we take pride in providing you with products of exceptional quality. All our products are hand woven and hence each item will be unique. Our commitment to the earth and our artisan partners is unwavering and so is our commitment to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or feel it to be defective, please email us at customer.service@neev.life . Although we are committed to providing you with superior customer service, all warranty and return decisions will be made by NEEV in our sole and absolute discretion.

ONLINE PURCHASES

All unused and unopened product can be returned for a refund or exchange within thirty (30) days of purchase with an original receipt.  All returned merchandise, defective or non-defective, requires a Return Authorization Number (RAN) issued by NEEV. Before you return any items to us, please e-mail us at customer.service@neev.life for an RAN. Except for defective products or merchandise damaged in shipping we do not refund shipping charges.

RETAIL STORE PURCHASES

If you are unsatisfied with an NEEV product purchased at a retail store, please return the product to the store where you made the purchase. We do not give refunds for items purchased in retail locations. If the retail store where the purchase was made does not accept returns and you feel your purchase does not meet the high standards of NEEV please contact us within thirty (30) days with the original receipt and we will consider a replacement. This is not a guarantee of replacement.
